The Cruz Building provided the perfect storybook setting for me to create a one-of-a-kind experience during my anniversary celebration. The elegant three-level landscape took guests on a journey through my boutique’s unprecedented success. From their romantic balconies to lace imprinted textured walls, my inspiration was complimented with the venue’s authentic European and French/ New Orleans architecture and art that was used to present the best of bridal couture fashion. Of course, the transformation of the Cruz Building would have not been complete without the stunning gowns and accessories of my Iconic Brides, truly taking the Cruz Building to another level and created an artistic space of fashion and memories.
With my roots in education, I felt it was important to share this cultivation of high fashion with local art and design students from the area. I called upon my good friend Mrs. Parsons from the Art Institute to share this special exhibit with her students. Touring the exhibit with the students was one of my favorite memories from our anniversary experience.
