The service brides receive is always above and beyond, and we must ensure every bride is happy with what she receives. From her couture fit alterations, to her veil and accessories, to the way she is greeted in the salon, the bride receives her one-on-one attention every time she steps foot into the salon. Our alterations process consists of a team of well seasoned couture experts; 5 seamstresses, the alterations manager, a patternmaker, a designer, as well as an Ever After stylist present to ensure that everything turns out perfect. This team works with the bride and her gown so the end result is fabulous.
When dealing with luxury goods in such a high end environment, there is a specific ordering process. As any custom ordered authentic luxury good, there is a contract to sign, as well as a release signed by both the client and store. All of the gowns are custom ordered from the designer specifically for the individual bride. Such sought after luxury goods sometimes may come into the hands of those with mal intent. Couture gowns are often duplicated or copied, and we must protect the integrity of our designers and their names. We must ensure that this product is indeed being delivered to bride who intends to wear this garment on her wedding day, and also ensure it is not attempted to be returned after wear. Many high end salons and designers across the country reciprocate the same practices in the gowns’ release to its bride.
